He taught that through the practice of Kundalini yoga and meditation our glandular, immune, respiratory and nervous systems are strengthened and most significantly our inner vitality for creative potential is heightened as we learn to listen to the voice of the Soul. This is a beautiful, powerful, transformative yoga like no other!
Yin is not a new yoga style, simply a deeper feminine (Yin) approach to the classical Hatha yoga postures. Unlike a Yang (masculine) practice that works the muscle or “outer body”, Yin focuses into the deeper recesses of the “inner body”, the joints, with long stays and relaxed muscles. The slow deep breathing takes us into a meditative state of feeling – physically, mentally and emotionally. A perfect re-charge.
